HOW TO USE:
1. Take a pea-sized amount
Use your thumb or index finger to scoop a pea-sized amount from the jar. If you have trouble getting the product out, you can scrape the back of your thumbnail out of the container.
2. Melt the product
Distribute the balm between your palms by rubbing your hands together. Rubbing will melt the balm into your hands.
3. Apply to the skin first
Keep your fingers flat and start by applying the beard balm to the skin under your beard by rubbing or pressing it in deeply. Although the texture is thick, you don't need to press it into the skin as if you were scratching it.
4. Apply to beard hair
The best way is to start at the base of your beard and work your way up to your sideburns by rubbing your open hands together in an upward sweeping motion. Finish with a beard comb or brush to further distribute the product evenly and remove any clumps that may be trapped between the hairs.

Returns and right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Barber Products.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. If your order contains several items that are delivered separately, the 14 days are counted from the day you receive the last item.
In the case of agreements for regular deliveries over a fixed period, the cancellation period begins on the day you receive the first delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can contact our customer service by email or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of our terms and conditions.
It is not enough to simply refuse to accept the delivery. You must also notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
Cancelling parts of an order
If you have ordered several items, you can choose to return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in the same order.
Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded if you only return part of the order.
Returns
After you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the goods back.
You are responsible for the return shipping and for the goods until they have reached us. We therefore recommend that you pack the item carefully and use a traceable shipping method.
Some products cannot be returned by regular mail due to their size or weight. This applies to furnishings and equipment, among other things. The cost of returning such products is estimated to be a maximum of SEK 1,000.
