At Barber Products we offer free shipping with PostNord and Bring when you shop for at least 899 SEK.

We work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same weekday. The normal delivery time is 1–3 weekdays, depending on which delivery option you choose.

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

PostNord parcel agent: 100 SEK – free shipping when buying for at least 899 SEK
PostNord home delivery: 185 SEK
Bring parcel box: 99 SEK

Returns and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Barber Products.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. If your order contains several items that are delivered separately, the 14 days are counted from the day you receive the last item.

In the case of agreements for regular deliveries over a fixed period, the cancellation period begins on the day you receive the first delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can contact our customer service by email or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

It is not enough to simply refuse to accept the delivery. You must also notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

Cancelling parts of an order

If you have ordered several items, you can choose to return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in the same order.

Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded if you only return part of the order.

Returns

After you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the goods back.

You are responsible for the return shipping and for the goods until they have reached us. We therefore recommend that you pack the item carefully and use a traceable shipping method.

Some products cannot be returned by regular mail due to their size or weight. This applies to furnishings and equipment, among other things. The cost of returning such products is estimated to be a maximum of SEK 1,000.
